The measured circuit

FlyWire Consortium, Princeton University and the worldwide proofreading community. FAFB v783 connectivity and cell annotations, obtained from the public Codex data export. Files were filtered to the left mushroom-body circuit, synapses were aggregated, and task readout weights were trained. Source URLs and SHA-256 hashes are in the model manifest.

Derived circuit data retains the CC BY-NC 4.0 terms stated in FlyWire’s public-release guidelines. Attribution is required; these files are for noncommercial use.

Dorkenwald et al. (2024), Neuronal wiring diagram of an adult brain. Schlegel et al. (2024), Whole-brain annotation and multi-connectome cell typing of Drosophila. See Codex’s full source credits for cell typing, synapse detection and neurotransmitter predictions.

The games

James Curley, scrabblr 0.1.0 (2017), GPL version 2 or later. 2,566 expert Quackle self-play games. Original records were used offline for training and are not redistributed by this website. Quackle was created by Jason Katz-Brown and John O’Laughlin.
